Colterra's property management portfolio came into being with its first mandate from the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), and responsibility for managing the organization's 190,000 -square foot building at Place Vendome in Montreal. This strategically-positioned class A office building sits on the northern fringe of the Glen Yards where construction has now begun for the new 1.5 million square foot Glen Campus of the MUHC.
